Built in 1698, Pentillie Castle overlooks the River Tamar. This Cornish Castle is available to hire privately for your perfect wedding venue! The Castle owns a private 1,500 acre of natural woodland that is perfect for a romantic walk and a backdrop for photos of you together. It was a pleasure to be the photographer for a lovely couple who had their wedding at this stunning location. The rooms of Pentillie Castle have spectacular decorations and furnishings. There are lots of natural shades like pale beige and pink as well as beautiful paintings framed throughout the castle. The woodland area is so beautiful and full of so many gorgeous flowers. We took many lovely and fun photos with our wonderful couple in this greenery area, catching the amazing, sweet moments between them, now as husband and wife.
From high in the Castle, you can see right over the River Tamar – the view is breathtaking! On the ground outside the Castle, there is a large balcony area that is perfect for a photoshoot with the two of you outside your amazing venue. Alternatively, this is also great for a group shot with all of your friends, family and guests. We have taken a photo like this for our lovely couple’s wedding.
